1. Subject matter and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Ballad Markets service, a financial market analysis and information platform. By subscribing to the service, the user fully accepts these Terms.
2. Description of service
Ballad Markets provides subscribers with:
- Access to a private dashboard with structured market analysis
- Daily publications with scenarios, invalidations, and reference levels
- Access to a private communication channel
- Risk management tools and operational checklists
- Access to the full history of published analyses

3. Plans and pricing
Ballad Markets offers a single subscription plan with two billing options:
- Monthly: €49 / month, billed monthly
- Annual: €490 / year, billed annually
- Onboarding add-on: €199 one-time payment (when available)
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on the user's country.
4. Payment and billing
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms of service. Ballad Markets does not store credit card data. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, users have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Immediate service start: If the user expressly requests immediate start of the service before the withdrawal period expires (by checking the corresponding box during checkout), they acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
Ballad Markets offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of subscription. If the user is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund within that period via the support channel. This guarantee is not combinable with the right of withdrawal and does not apply to the onboarding add-on once delivered.
7. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalty or additional cost.
8. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to:
- Share access credentials with third parties
- Reproduce or distribute service content without authorization
- Use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to these terms
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
9. Intellectual property
All content published on Ballad Markets — including analyses, methodologies, texts, charts, and tools — is the property of Ballad Markets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ballad Markets shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from decisions made based on its content.
11. Modifications
Ballad Markets reserves the right to modify these Terms with reasonable prior notice communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with current regulations.
