Delete Your Account
Last updated: September 2026
1. How to request deletion
If you can still sign in, open Dashboard → Control Center → Account and use the delete option there. It is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address registered on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it — this check exists to protect you, since an unverified deletion request is an easy way for someone else to lock you out.
2. What happens the moment you request it
- Any active subscription is cancelled, so you are not billed again.
- Your account is blocked right away and you will not be able to sign in.
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later.
Because access is blocked immediately, you cannot undo this yourself. If you change your mind within those 30 days, contact us and we can stop the deletion. After that, the data is gone and cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us.
3. What is deleted
After 30 days everything tied to your account is permanently erased. That includes:
- Your profile: email address, name, avatar.
- Your linked Telegram and Discord accounts.
- Your encrypted exchange and broker API keys, and every trading record created with them.
- Your alerts, watchlists, saved settings and support conversations.
- Your authentication records: sessions, sign-in identities and MFA factors.
Note the timing: your API keys stay stored — encrypted — during the 30-day window, and are erased with everything else at the end of it. If you would rather they were gone sooner, you can revoke them at your exchange or broker at any time, which takes effect instantly and does not depend on us.
4. What is kept, and why
Billing and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, because we are obliged to keep them. They are stored separately from your account, are not used for anything else, and are not linked back to a profile that no longer exists.
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you — how many accounts used a feature, for example — are also kept, since they contain no personal data.
5. Third parties
Some of your data is processed by services we rely on: payments (Stripe), transactional email (Postmark) and error reporting (Sentry). Deleting your account removes your data from our systems; each of those providers applies its own retention period to the records it holds. Where we can request their deletion on your behalf, we do.
6. Deleting the app is not deleting your account
Uninstalling the Android app, or removing the web app from your home screen, only removes it from that device. Your account and your data stay exactly as they were. To delete them you have to make the request described in section 1.
